    Bookie’s Pizza began as an underground popup during the pandemic. A veteran of fine dining, chef/owner Todd Parker has partnered with Sante Adairius to bring a new pizza experience to Santa Cruz.

    Each pie is handcrafted using only the best ingredients from local farms, fishermen, and foragers. Our dough is naturally leavened for 48 hours using organic flour and each pizza comes with its own unique sauce.
